Complex realizations
Engineering Department is specialized into realization of projects in industry automation. We undertake tasks and projects not only in programming of PLC, but also in realizing of complex projects which require efficient work organization and advanced engineering knowledge.
We’re supporting our customers in whole steps of investment: from conception phase, selection of technical solution, electrical and automation projects, cabinets assembling, thru programming and commissioning up to service and modernizations.
This kind of cooperation allow to ensure coherence and optimal work of control system. Symbols and names used in technical drawings and P&I Diagrams is also used in automation project, automation and electrical cabinets and in software. Software and visualization is based on technical documentations and it is in 100% consistent with real application. Every system which is given to the customer, have completed documentation (Operator Instruction, Manuals, Projects) in paper and electronic version.

Project Management
We’re realizing complex projects on the strength of our own methodology, based on Prince 2 – structural methodology of effective project management.
Our methodology makes strong base for implementing big projects, it allow to coordinate and synchronize whole processes which take place during realization.
Regardless of size of project we can divide few phases:
- definition,
- analyze,
- projecting,
- implementation,
- installation and acceptance,
- operating.
After each phase we carry out phase evaluation, which result in undertaking project strategic decisions.
This way of working allow us to full progress control, and in case of appearing first exceed of schedules, it facilitate making interventions.
